1. Complete the application form and attach certified copies of your Identity Document and Matric Certificate, N3 Certificate or Examination Statement of Symbols.
2. Applications free of charge, closing date 28 February 2025.
3. FDA will notify you once your completed application has been received.
4. FDA will notify you if your application was successful and issue you with an Acceptance Letter which must be completed, signed and returned to FDA.
5. The registration fee due must be paid before the last payment dates specified in the Acceptance Letter.
6. You will be registered at FDA upon receipt of your signed Acceptance Letter and proof of payment of the registration fee. Registration form will be sent to you for completion.
7. Lecture Venues: KZN CET College, Umbilo (Dokkies).
8. Practicals: TIA Umbogontwini.
9. Lectures begin 04 March 2025
